Through the vehicle of football, we desire to challenge and encourage each player in his personal character development and education.

• …that being a member of the football team is like being a part of a family.
• …that each person plays an important and unique role in this program.
• …that character and discipline define a team’s success.
• …that each is responsible and accountable for his attitude and behavior.
• …that a player’s attitude is displayed by his actions and words.
• …that each one makes daily choices that affect the entire team.
• …that success on the field occurs only after success off the field.
• …that the game of football is meant to be fun and exciting.
• …that steroids and HGH are harmful to everyone that uses them. They will not be tolerated!
• …that the priority of the team often outweighs the needs of an individual.
• …that the success of a team will be determined by its Unity, and the individual sacrifices to achieve it.
