BLEED BLUE is the ideal that what we receive is earned by our tireless and intense work ethic. It’s much harder to give up on something, or someone, when it has cost us a sacrifice of our own energy, time, and effort. It’s the “Blue Collar” worker mentality that nothing will defeat us while we have a breath left in us. Therefore, as we decide daily to dedicate ourselves to each other, we’ll commit ourselves to BLEED BLUE.

3 Measurements of BLEED BLUE:

Maximum Effort:   There are no short cuts to success. Each practice, workout, meeting, game, and play must be performed at maximum effort and intensity for the team to improve.

Perfect Execution:    Striving for perfection is our constant goal. Focusing on improving execution with each repetition, workout, and practice prepares us for competing at the highest level.

Team Unity:        The greatest element in experiencing unity is trust. Without trust, the team members are left to their own desires and ambitions, and where selfish ambition and envy exist, dissension and disorder rule. The needs of the team must be priority for each, and can be measured by the honor and respect given to others. When someone insults or blames another, he has done the same thing to the team. When someone encourages or forgives another, he has done the same to the team.
